My items are handmade, by She Shed Designs by Debi and unfortunately are nonreturnable unless you have ordered a custom item and there has been a mistake on my part (ex. I spelled a customers name wrong. This DOES NOT include a spelling error on the buyers end). If this is to happen, you will be asked to send the item back to me, at which point, I will either correct the mistake OR create a new item for you. Please be advised that the original item MUST be returned back to me.

When you receive your items, please review them and take any pictures as proof of any damages or problems with the items, along with the box, if there were any shipping incidents. Then please contact She Shed Designs by Debi within 48 hours by email of receipt of the package and send along the pictures so we can get this taken care of.
